I started my pre-op diet yesterday. On Halloween. Are you kidding me???!?
Here's a fun fact for you: you take way more bites and licks and nibbles than a day than you would ever believe. At least, that was true for me. I spent yesterday thinking "Wow, I would usually just have one bite of that, and never realized it until now."
So today is Day 2.
On Day 1 I had protein shakes and one of those soup packets. Yummy. Because I know something I that I am missing, and will miss, is hot food.
Day 2, Caleb's baptism day, we went to Olive Garden. I had a bowl of minestrone, but I did not eat the pasta. Look at me go.
